The product that I would like to review and improve is Lucidchart Overview.
The mission of Lucid is to Accomplish more by collaborating in real-time. Accelerate understanding and drive innovation with powerful diagramming, whiteboarding, and data visualization.
The tool offers a visual workspace for diagramming, data, visualization, and collaboration.
Alternatives:
Visio (complicated)
PPT\Google Slides (not scalable)

The Goal
Although Lucid evaluated at $3bil (June 2021), the company is at its growth stage; their strategy as a product-led organization proves itself. Therefore, I would like to focus on the acquisition of new users by moving them from consumers to creators.
From my experience (and I hope that I’m not biased, so we will need to explore it), after a few sessions, when a user is exposed to a product, some users gain the courage to try it for themselves.
Therefore, I would like to focus on increasing the engagement of consumers.
Primary KPI - # of consumers with different engagement levels (Move from Low to Medium or High categories)
Low – Consumer
Medium – Engaged Consumers
High - Creator
Opportunities
Improve Access
Allow access to guests.
Support access via mobile web.
Share a smart screenshot (preview).
Encourage consumers to engage with a diagram.
Allow leaving comments (private\public).
Allow suggesting adjustments.
Anchoring.
Encourage consumers to create a diagram.
Ask users to define their profile \ role department \ areas of responsibility \ challenges and offer common templates.
Prioritization
# | Idea | Impact | Effort | Certainty | Priority |
1 | Access to guests | Medium-High | High | Medium
2 | Support access via mobile web | Medium | Medium-High | Medium
3 | Share smart screenshot | High | Medium-High | Medium-High | P2 |
4 | Leaving comments | High | Medium | High | P1 |
5 | Suggestions to edit | Medium | Medium-High | Medium-High
6 | Anchoring | Low-Medium | Low-Medium | Low-Medium
7 | Set Profile -> offer common templates | Medium | Medium | Medium |
I would recommend starting with #4, and then #3
