Does it require a helmet/ insurance, RC? – Assume No

Target users:

Daily office goers – Point A to B transportation, price is important, availability/ reliability of service is important for these users

Travellers/ Tourists – Need it for a period of time, CX is key

Transporters – Point A to B, price is important, availability/ reliability of service is important

Owners of ebikes – revenue/ #orders, maintenance/ upkeep of their ebikies in important
