Step 1: Assess the situation- Work on building trust with them, understand how connected they feel and areas that need to be worked on

Step 2: Change your way of working- Perhaps the team is working in a highly competitive environment which has resulted in people becoming mistrustful and antagonistic towards each other

Step 3: Build a team that has a shared direction- Purpose gives meaning to peoples efforts and shared purpose builds camaraderie

Step 4: Encourage team to build working relationships- by building oppurtunities for collaboration e.g. team building events

Step 5: Take interest in peoples life- e.g. 5 minutes of weekly meeting to learn about peoples lives e.g. hobbies, interests etc.
