What are your 3 greatest accomplishments?

My three greatest accomplishments are as follows

1) Launched an app that has 20 Million downloads. When I launched the app, it was a failure and had low app ratings due to high customer complaints. Once working closely with customers to understand their feedback and painpoints, I was able to turn around the product both in terms of customer engagement and increased user base

2) Launched an app that is probably used by thousands of customers visiting a major US based theme park. When this app was being designed, I had a difference of opinion with the business team on prioritization of features. To address this, I spent a week at the Park talking to customers understanding how they use the Park and their expectation from the app. I was able to show this insight to persuade the business team to prioritize engagement vs monetization features

3) I was part of a streaming services app for a major broadcaster that was launched in Q2 of 2020. I was responsible for Subscriptions, Ad integration and the recommendations engine. The product today has 43Mn downloads and growing.
