How would you design Google Maps for kids?

Step 3: Pain Points
1) I want to know of the routes using roads that have bicycle lanes
2) I want my parents to feel safe about me but dont want them to continously snoop on me
3) I want to know about all teenager specific events happening in my vicinity
4) I want to know my app to work without latency on a low powered phone
5) The app should not eat away lot of my allocated internet bandwidth
6) I would definitely want select spots where me and my girlfriend can meet up later in the evening
7) I want to try out places near and me on offer teenage specific reviews and recommendations
8) I want to know more about my city and its historical spots
Step 4: Prioritization of pain points
Priority 1- High frequency, reach and relavance:
1) I want to know of the routes using roads that have bicycle lanes
2) I want my parents to feel safe about me but dont want them to continously snoop on me
3) I want to know about all teenager specific events happening in my vicinity
Priority 2- Medium frequency, reach and relavance:
4) I want to know my app to work without latency on a low powered phone
5) The app should not eat away lot of my allocated internet bandwidth
This is since most phones even older has a good configuration and teenagers carry good android phones these days
Priority 3- Low frequecy, reach and relevance
6) I would definitely want select spots where me and my girlfriend can meet up later in the evening --> I can call her and tell her
7) I want to try out places near and me on offer teenage specific reviews and recommendations -->I have better things to do
8) I want to know more about my city and its historical spots -->I have better things to do
Step 5: Solution
1) Lightweight version of Google maps that shows the overall topography but marks the bicycle friendly roads in one color and offlimit state highways and major roads in another color
2) Google maps along with GPS tracking allows connected account users just a high location of the user e.g. user is in mountain view downtown or user is in SF downtown etc. not exact location
3) User can create pin drops at selected established and can provide teen reviews of the restuarants
4) Maps can connect with facebook to identify location of events and highlighting to users
5) Maps highlights any untoward events e.g. accident, police presence so that teens can avoid that location. This data can be provided by local news channels
6) Maps can recommend a location to hangout based on user interests, preference obtained in connection with facebook
7) Maps allows connection with facebook to checkin in a given location
