I will answer this as a product strategy qn:
Step 1: Clarifications:
1) Does this predict mood based on user data or by a medical device connected to the body
2) What types of moods does this capture? viz. happy, sad, ecstatic etc.
Step 2: Describe the company:
- Google's mission is to organize information so that it can made accessible to everyone
- The company has strong data and analytics capabilities

- The company has also expanded into associated areas such as cloud, telecom(OS and devices), computing(OS & Hardware), Photos, home automation etc.
Step 3: Strategic imperatives
Revenue, competitiveness, user engagement, relevancy to company mission, Growth, implementation cost
1) Use moodAPI to trigger a search for purchasing a product
2) Purchase and Access mediatation and mindfulness services
3) Remind user to take any mood medication or order new medications from the pharmacy
4) Start playing music with integration with youtube or with Google nest
