1.       Avg connection

Since the step is the starting point we can do an analysis between profiles having picture to profile do not have picture

Select similar profile in similar geographic

Avg connection per user

2.       Avg engagement per post

3.       % abandoned signups

4.       % abandoned signups at profile pic page

5.       % users updates profile picture within a week

Apart from analyzing these metrics, I can do a A/B testing in which some users have to mandatorily update the profile picture and, in another case, there is no picture upload option

-          Then I can observe the retention of both the features
