Tell me about a project where you didn't have enough resources, and how you delivered.

Situation- I wanted to develop an internal product that can verify the quality of recommendations viz. content and ads thereby providing additional metrics than just measuring the customer engagement patterns. Since this was an internal product, there was no funding available for development

Tasks- Create product blue print, features e.g. and also find internal funding towards development

Action- 

Motivate development team member to work on this product as part of their innovation funding by

• Explain wider product vision
• Collaboration in developing blue print and feature prioritization
• Support in technical manifestation
• Consider their view points during the entire course of product implementation

Result- The internal product was developed in collaboration with all stakeholders and now has become a tool widely used in analyzing search recommendation. It has also become a great example of inter team partnerships
