Here I will focus on Content Creators
a. Most creators are unaware about Facebook watch.
b. Creators have tough monetization policy such as followers and total hours of video watched with Facebook.
c. There is no standalone Facebook watch platform or app just like YouTube.
d. Creator’s video gets exposed through only Facebook page.
e. Facebook watch pays less to content creators than YouTube.
6. Solutions with Prioritizing pain points
a. Increase awareness about Facebook watch and criteria for showing videos on Facebook watch so that more content creators can upload videos.
b. Be lenient in monetization policy so that creators get motivated to upload more videos by earning money.
c. Create separate platform or mobile app for Facebook watch so that it can get wide audience.
d. Criteria for showing video on Facebook watch should be made simpler such as general user videos which is relevant

· No. of increase in videos uploaded by content creators
9. Trade-offs
When it comes to Viewership and revenues for Video, YouTube still dominate the market. Facebook Pays 12 % in compare to YouTube for a view of Video. Despite its large use base, Facebook has to make large effort to find a winning formula for driving intentional viewership to watch.
10. Summary
To Increase engagement of Facebook through Facebook watch, I would work on the awareness about Facebook watch such as how your videos can get large audience through Facebook userbase and how your video will get monetized. I will measure the success by looking at increase in number of content creators and also increase in no. of videos uploaded by content creators.
