Describe a product/feature that you worked on from ideation to delivery.

Situation- My assignment was to launch an app for customers patronizing parks that would add to their visit experience. This app could be download and used even outside the park but when tagged with an active ticket, it would integrate seamlessly with the Park activities

Task-  The assignment required to come up with customer segmentation, pain points, solution, prioritization, defining MVP, implementation, soft launch and hard launch.

Action- Along with alignment with business objectives, I made a point to talk to customers in person about their need. I used to spent a week at the Parks, watching customers how they used the Parks resources,  their general spread inside the Park, talking to them and understanding their needs

Result- The customer obsession helped balance features between monetization and increased customer engagement. The app launch was well received by end customer. The initial few months focussed on developing a customer base with later focus into monetization using ads and paid park services
