I would prioritize the segment that form the largest portion of the customer base and segment that are important for the business. So I would prioritize, young adults
Pain points/Solution/ROI estimate
1. Passengers can acess only limited set of shows, movies. It also does not always align with the passengers interests.
Solution:
Partner with movie comanies and video streaming companies to expand the catalog of entertainment content available for consumption. Also offer musice, games, access to social media, the things that the customers enjoy on the ground.
Effort: High, requires detailed business plan to connect with companies to create the robust entertainment content
Impact: High, will create elevated cusotmer experience and help the customers to stay connected with loved ones, setting us apart from the competition
2. Passengers cannot keep with the live sports, election results, news updates, etc
Solution:
Integrate with starlink satelite to broadcast live events including sports, election tracker, news, etc
Effort: High, require building new technology to connect with satelitte
Impact: High, there is a high apeptite for customers to watch live event on the air
3. Passengers cannot access online books
Solution:
Partner with public libarary system make the books available for passengers
Effort: Moderate, can use public API, to gain access to the public library system
Impact: High, book lovers will enjoy the new offer and that they do not have carry device like kindle with them

Solution:
Today, all airlines only offer regular screen experience, we can offer novel and delightful cusotmer experience if we can offer games or movies that are supported by VR and AR technologies.

Impact: high, new experience will create mind-blowing experience for the passengers, and it will transport the passengers to the new world
5. Passengers cannot enjoy the scenery during the air travel, while passengers can enjoy the scenary during the surface transport.
Solution:
Airlines can invest in deploying military grade camera and telescope that would create the clear visuals of the things that are close to the ground. That way customers can enjoy the beauty of the planet earth, making their air travel, an memorable experience.

Impact: High, nature lovers will pay a premium for this new capability
6. Passengers tend to not speak with their fellow passengers. Thus they feel isolated
Solution:
Create a group games that passengers can play with their felllow passengers. It will act as a ice breaker and help passengers to connect with others and enjoy their air time.
Effort: moderate, can create multi-player game and invite random passenger based on the seat number
Impact: high, will help to break the inhibition and socialize with the fellow passengers
Prioritization:
If I were to prioritize one inititive, I would build VR and AR technologies that would enable customers to enter into a new virtual world and enjoy their time during the air travel.
