Step 2- Define short term and long term goals
Short term goal- Extend Instagram platform to support existing school curriculum with short lessons
Long term goal- Create a new flavor of instagram specifically focussed on learning
Step 3: Understand strategic imperative e.g.

Step 4: Create strategic choices
1) Work with schools to leverage Facebook groups to create lesson repository
2) Create stories in Facebook group which can be then shared over instagram
3) User profile as student will only see new lessons in the timeline view
4)Users can comment, ask questions etc over timeline view
5) Facebook events can be used to set up tests
etc.
