My biggest reason for leaving is that I want to take up more responsibility. I want to manage a product by myself and there are no such positions with my current employer. I enjoying knowing my end customers, having a problem solving attitude, creating value for my stakeholders etc. Its something I do in my current job and I have received lots of positive feedback but I could do it more effectively as a product leader. I know you are looking for a product director who can lead a product and I am really excited about the prospect
