These are the metrics I would use to know if users are satisfied with the product:

1) Session Frequency- This metric will capture how often the user logs in. If the logons drop, that would mean that the customer needs have changed

2) Session Duration- Short sessions show that user is frustrated with the product or is interested in a single feature of the product

3) Net promoter score- Shows if our customers will recommend the product to others

4) Marketing participation- Does the client open marketing emails etc.
