skipping the framework to key ideas
- 6 weeks is the constraint, so scope can be flexible
- 4:2 between dev : test. 4 weeks time really. make sure have FE BE start right away, not necessary design pass
- map out what the app does, assume the one stop shop for barebone trip experience
- clarify the flow: browse, book/cancel, trip, pay, support/feedback
- cut ruthlessly: support/feedback can be email / phone only, browse can be cut since route fixed. feedback would be very nice to have since init launch feedback most important
- scope of initial launch, expected volume
- strategize post launch, build vs partner
