  • Structure is good
  • User segment: Interesting how you divided by number of followers. 
  • I like how you used impact/complexity/risk for prioritizing. You probably don't need to do it every step such as when listing pain points (maybe just the impact will do) and solutions. 
  • Metrics: Good job listing metrics to monitor the success. 
Areas of improvement
  • Describe the product: you should describe the product to make sure you are understanding the product. In this case, the product was "Sharing Post" on Instagram which is a feature where you can share your post or other people's post with other isntagram users or users outside of instagram. I was not clear if you were describing the same product? 
  • If you were describing the same product as I was thinking, I still did not fully get what you were proposing as the bullet points were too simplified. Try to be more descriptive with your answer online so people can provide better feedback :) (I think for memoing during the interview, simple is fine).
