Clarifying Objective -

Why do we want to do it?

Where will be the product be located, standalone or part of the website/app?

Is this product going to be available all across the world?

The reason I ask this, for building the features it is important to know the medical system prevalent in the country.

For this question sake, I would like to focus on USA and that the individual doing the search has the flexibility of going to any doctor.

C: What does doctor referral program means?

I: Facebook wants to be a platform where people can refer doctors.

C: Will the new product be a different app or will it be included in the same app?

I: Same app.

User groups

The following are the user groups for a possible doctor referral program in Facebook:

1. New to a city

2. Non-information about good doctors

3. Want to search a specialist

Out of these options, I want to focus on point no 2- non-information about good doctor user group. This group users are more in number and will use the product more.
