Why did you choose product management as a career?

Landing up into Product management was a multi-stage process for me. The journey traces back to during my school days:

1. During my school days, I had a strong inclination towards computers as a device - it helped me sending emails, communicating with my brother. I was fascinated by the capabilities of the computer in terms of its computing abilities, access to the information worldwide, etc. and the constant improvements in terms of the offering, processing power, storage capabilities, etc.
2. It inclined me to know more about the functioning of the Computer and Indian IT revolution acted as a catalyst for me to choose the computer engineering career and I decided to undergraduate in Computer engineering
3. While under graduating I developed an interest in programming and problem solving and building computer applications and solving real-world problems. I had digitized the feedback process of my college staff. Also the online exam process. And conducting an online event for coding sudoku etc.
4. Then I started working as a software developer - Where I got an exposure to the business side of the things and contributing towards multiple dimensions helped me to transition into a Product Owner role and then I felt a need to complete a business degree to improve my contribution beyond the technical aspects 
5. I moved on to pursue my MBA where I got an understanding of the business side of the things and I grew My strong inclination towards product management and I successfully launched 4 products for inhouse consumption of the college campus activities. The adoption of those apps is encouraging to pursue my career in product management
6. I have been working as a product manager - and solving the digital lending problems for the borrowers. So far we have processed more than 10 million applications and in retrospect, the sequence was the right one to land me in the right role which is towards my inclination
