So, the question is to build a virtual classrom and LMS.
C: Do we have any particular User Group in Mind or it is upto me to take one?
I: Its upto you.
C: Okay, i will take K-12,i.e, Kindergarten to Class 12.
I: Okay.
Now, we have a User group. More specifically, we are building for a normal user without any disabilities.
But there is another set of Users and/or customers of this product, the teachers and parents. So i will include them as well.
Now, lets come to the Use Cases for each User group.

Product Design: It will be a blended learning product with both online self paced videos and live tutor videos. K-12 students can register themselves with some identity proof like I Card and start taking classes. It will be on a Freemium Model. They can see animated/ high quality video lectures. After every unit, they will have mandatory quizzes and assignments. Each will give them points. There will also be a leaderboard to rank the top performers.
There will be doubt clearing module where they can ask doubts ( record it/upload it/type it). The tutors will solve them.
Also, students can make doubts public so that other students answer them and it increases everyone's enagagement and learning.
Students can take self paced course content or take part in a virtual classroom taken by a tutor. The virtual classroom will have a virtual board, marker and option to raise hand for a doubt etc.
When they complete the entire syllabus, they can take Exams and on clearing the same, they will be given certificate of completion and also percentage/rank/merit scores Pan India.
For teachers, they can give lectures to students. It can be a revenue sharing model where they earn on number of classes taken, number of students participated etc.
For Parents, they can be given dashboards to monitor the kids' performance and journey progress. They can compare with city, state and all India level to know Rank, Merit scores etc.
They can talk to the tutors for any in person feedback. And they will download the course completion certificate and performace report.

- No. of DAU, WAU, MAU students

- No. of Assignments, quizzes
- No. of takers of assignments, quizzes
