  1. Riders - individuals looking to get to work, evening, airport and need a ride
  2. Drivers - individuals who have a type of transportation (car/ auto/ motorbike) and can offer
  3. Corporations - car rental companies who have a fleet and looking to offer rides on the platform
Prioritize by market analysis, framework, surveys. Pick #1
 
Needs
  1. Find - hard to find a guranteed ride to work. can't miss appointment. issue is time is not guanteed. 2 min wait
  2. Pay - too expensive to pay. if travelling can't use credti/ internet
  3. Ride - not safe, car condition, route chosen, other passengers quality
  4. Track - historical trend and share with friends
  5. Trust - driver is authentic. car is not stolen, no rape
  6. Privacy - don't share my location info with others.

Giving the list of people whom I traveled with, their choices, goof things about them

1.       Profile - It should contain the following details. The control should be given to the traveller if he wishes to keep his profile publicly accessible, and which section to be publicly accessible and so on

2.       About me - Basic details like what I like and what things I prefer

3.       Social details - like if I have any mutual friends with other travelers

4.       Professional details – Co travelers could be of great help when there is a professional synergy. They can refer me better job opportunities, do business together, any positive outcome of the discussion during traveling is possible

Any arbitrary booking that is not done through Facebook.

 

Prerequisite

1.  Login with Facebook option must be provided with the ride-sharing app and details are timely refreshed

If a person wishes to go on vacation with a ride-sharing option, then a Facebook event would come handy and connect the person with other travelers and once the group is finalized, then booking a taxi for riding to the destination would come handy and ride-booking can happen in partnerships

For outstation vacations

Office commuters – connecting office commuters riding in the same direction to pool a cab can leverage the capabilities of both Facebook and the taxi aggregators
