How to take on Linkedin?

Facebook already has most of the users which are already on LinkedIn. But the purpose of both the platforms is different.

 

Options:

1.       Acquire Glassdoor or build a Glassdoor like platform which will allow users to check the reviews of the company and what the working with the company is going to be

2.       This will help to identify such profiles and help in beginning of profession related activities on facebook

3.       Job search – Post the open positions on the same company page where the reviews are posted. (Advantage over LinkedIn – Larger reach)

4.       InterCompany Social challenges – The engagement reletaed options for corporates like social quizzes, case competitions etc. That will divert the network from LinkedIN

5.      Job Board – Show all the open job positions on the Job board similar to the timeline on Facebook.
