Current players - Samsung(APAC), Xiomi(APAC), apple(US), Vivo , oppo, 1+

Phone features making it a consumer market -

• Budget

What didn't go well in past

• Windows ecosystem was entriprose based but not consumer based

Points to streamline to enter in Phone market

1. Will it be android or windows phone

2. If android interface, need partnering reason with Google

3. If Window based need to make it more user friendly and need to work from scratch for usability design

Strategy approach

1. Winning feature to be included in the phone

1. A little bigger screen size

2. User Design

3. Camera

2. Partner with Google if we would like to tie the strategic goal of getting all phone user base of android in Windows interface. It would be costly affair in longer term

3.Making your own Windows interface would be a pain initially but would serve better in longer term owing to building customer loyalty.
