Metrics- Searches and CTR for my website from that city
Launch: Radio Ad Blast, TV ads, Large Balloons, Event in downtown
Metrics- App downloads and activitation
Post Launch- Track order patterns using Engagement- Type of orders(OTC, Specialized, Sports medicine), Size of orders, # delivery duration to optimize delivery time, catalogue of goods solds, free helpline for qns and optimizing marketing spend across channels
