Meta pay launched within whatsapp.  Meta Pay is similar to any UP app, where you link your bank account to whatsapp and can pay any of your contacts in Whatsapp who already have this feature installed in their whatsapp and bank account linked to whatsapp. To measure the success of this feature, we need to trakc the below metrics -

Acquisition -

  • % users who have set up their account in whatsapp (KYC)
  • % users who linked their bank account
  • % users who droppe during onboarding
  • Time taken for account activation

Adoption -

  • % users who have made atleast one payment transaction
  • # transactions per day
  • # transactions per user per day
Engagement -
  • % users who have made/ received payments
  • DAU/ WAU/ MAU
  • Stickiness ratio
  • Avg transaction value
  • Avg transaction frequency
Retention -
  • D7/ D30 returning users
NPS
Health metrics -
  • % transaction failures
  • Complaints rate
