Assumptions -

Let's assume the initial launch will be in India followed by global scale up and will limit the category scope to Fashion for the initial launch. The full feature will be available in the app (both Android and iOS) while only mimited features like SRP/ PDP, order hsitory and profile apge will be accessible from the web portal.

    • Create buyer account in shops and add bank account details

    • Account gets activated post verification
    • Buyer sees the home page

    • Buyer adds the product to cart and then either goes back to search page or checks out, makes payment and completes the transaction
    • Buyer needs to track the status of the order along with the eta till it gets delivered
  • Seller
    • Create seller account in shops and add bank account details
    • Account gets activated post verification
    • Seller sees the add products option in the home page
    • Sellers can list all their products in the products page, along with proper images and detailed description
    • Once the products get approved by the WA admin team, the products will be visible for display to buyerrs and the seller will also be notified
    • Whenever there is an order placed by a buyer, the respective seller will receive a notification with an option to confirm/ reject the order
    • If the order is cancelled, the buyer will get the refund, while if the order is confirmed, seller needs to provide a rough eta by when the product will be delivered
    • Once the sellers has packaged and shipped the product to the buyer address, the tracking details need to be updated by the seller into the platform
    • Upon successful delivery of the package to the buyer, the money will be transferred to the seller's account and the transaction will be completed
