You have come up with a new product. How would you go about working with your stakeholders on taking it to the market?

What was the business objective behine launching the product?

Based on the pain points, I would arrive at the key metrics which we would need to track and get the latest data on these metrics to set the baseline [Adoption, engagement, NPS, etc.]

In addition to this, will involve the key stakeholders (let's assume ops team) very early in the product testing in staging environment, even before the QA team has fixed te bugs and we do the UAT. This will ensure early feedback and avoid any last minute surprises in terms of expectations mismatch.

In parallel, I will work closely with the ops team to align on the training schedule for the team and create the product user manual for quick reference for everyone involved

Also, will align on the launch strategy, preferrable starting with a pilot launch and then extending aggressively but in a staggered manner across all the locations.

Additionally we need to ensure all the production configurations are ready D-1 before the scheduled launch date

We need to ensure that all the stakeholders are aware of the launch date and are on stand by during the launch phase in case there are production issues

Once the production deployment is done, immediately it will be followed by production sanity and basis that the feature flag will be toggled on and available to the end users.
