Geography - We need to launch in a country with no competitors or similar product offerings, so this is similar to a new product launch. YT being such a popular platform but not present in a country, majorly due to -
- Legal compliance
- No internet
- People are not tech savvy
Among, the above options, in the case of first one, we won't be able to launch YT, so this we will ignore for now
Second option will also be ruled out because YT can't function without internet in its current form
So, we are left with the third option, ie., people are not much tech savvy
So to sumamrise the question, we need to launch YT in a low tech savvy country targetting the people who like viewing casual content in television, etc.
Objective - Since it is a new product launch, the focus would be on gincreasing the consumer market share as much as possible since there are no existing competitors. Additionally, we would also like to increase the content creator base to get access to more localsied content.

To summarise the discussion, we would launch the basic version of YT in a small country with no online streaming presence for casual watchers. In order to make a successful launch, we need to secure our partnerships and do marketing campaigns to increase the awareness about the launch and post the launch we need to keep monitoring the user acquisition and engagement metrics continuosly to ensure we are able to achieve our goal of increasing the market share aggresively.
