- Am I PM at Microsoft – yes
- Microsoft is a global company however, can I assume geography as India and we can then discuss how to scale this to other countries à ok

Out of the various pain-points, I assume that the opportunity discovery would be most substantial as it will allow people to have a control of current status

Based on impact, I would prirotitise MVP features(#1, #2, #3) to get the kiosk up and running and add acccesibility features and others in a incremental fashion
trade-offs,
bare minimum vs aesthetics --> prefer to go with easy to use bare minimum UI initially and will add comsmetics later on
