      2. Availability of oven

         1. Solutions: design for peak capacity as per demand forecast; ensure high availability via good maintenance

      3. Cook

         1. Solutions: ensure training and high availability

   4. Order is ready for dispatch

      1. Solution: dedicated pod just like for above activities; do standard packaging to reduce time

2. Delivery Leg

   1. Delivery boy picks up the order after authentication

      1. Solution: should be available to pick up 5mins before the food is expected to get cooked

   2. Delivery boy reaches destination:

      1. Solution: Should be able to serve within a defined radius; Assign to folks who know about the location; Well maintained vehicle 

   3. Authenticates himself

      1. Solution: Allow customer to keep the guard pre-informed to reduce the authentication time at the gate
