What we do as a company are we social media or travel tech company or something else? What this company do? Considering Road trip to? What is the demography where we are looking for? Timeline? Competitors?

Company as google maps. Company Mission is to help people in navigating the world, helps in discover new places. Road trip is when someone travel by their personal or rented vehicle to from one city to another India, 1 Quarter, Apple map

I will choose Travellers as Travellers are the end user and Other stakeholders will be there where Travellers are.

  • Less frequent Travellers : Those who travel 0-1 road trips times in 6 months. (Impact: Low, Scale: High)
  • Frequent travellers : Those who travel 1-3 road trips in 6 months. (Impact: Mid, Scale: High)
  • High Frequent Travellers : Those who do road trips more than 3 times in 6 months. (Impact High, Scale Mid)

Pain Points of High Frequent Travellers and how they solve it

 

 

 

 

 

Driving makes you feel tired for so long and cause safety concern if you are travelling too much.

 

Solution I want to implement is “We should update them around nearby accommodation/cafes or scenic spots ”. Success Metric : DAU of total users searching for best places around to stop while on road trips.
