    • Shell recharge app.  The app is to enable electric car drivers to find out the nearest charging station and pay the charges when it is associated with shell network.

    • As I am not sure whereall the app is applicable can I limit to US & canada markets - yes
    • can we ignore the backend financial, identity and associated systems that is not part of the primary app infra - your choice

    • improving the user experience of the app allowing the users to get the best value from the app
  4. User groups
    • Electric only car drivers
      • These are drivers of electric only cars and need to find the rigth and nearest charging stations
    • Hybrid chargeable car drivers
      • These drivers have the options of chrging the car but can also drive using gasoline
    • We will go with Electric only car drivers as the app is most useful for these drivers to continue using the car for travel

    • When you search for nearest charging station it locates the providers but does clearly indicate if it is
      • a shell recharge
      • how many stations are available
      • are they busy or available
      • do they have multiple charging options - level 1, level 2, fast charge, hyper charge.
      • what is the cost to recharge for the various options (if available)
      • when is the best time to get to the location
      • recommendation to which station based current available charge in the car, we should go and when.

      RecommenderThis requires information from the charge and connecting car head system to the app. This is done during charging times but should be extended to offline time and use that to make AI driven recommendation

    • I will update the app to include identifying if it is shell recharge along with the # of stations, station availbility and charging options as they are high/ medium impact and has low cost to develop. if there is program budget then will also include cost as a additional feature.
