- Skills match: Here the candidate will be aware of the skills required for the job and the skills he has. This will help him improve himself and upskill using LinkedIn Learning
Hygiene Solutions:
- A proper listing with cross-verified information in the job post and the title. For example, the job post says work location Mumbai but the Job title has Remote in the title
- The work ex required in the title says 0-1yrs (even after using the filter) but the job just says 3-5yrs
Prioritization:
We will go forward with a hygiene solution as those are the basic features that have given rise to many other small-scale competitors with fewer listings. If we look at the job aspirant segmentation the number of recent graduates will always be higher than folks with work trying to change their job.

In order to revisit the past job listing and correcting them would not be a good idea as there will always be a job getting added in real-time as well. It will be exactly like Filling a bucket with a hole. So, let's first fix the hole.
First, we will be going through the most frequent search query used by job aspirants on the LinkedIn platform as well as the job platform. We will also try to gain as much data on the same using other sources just to understand the necessary filters used by the aspirants.
Simultaneously we will also optimize the process of listing the job.
After finding out the exact keywords and optimizing the process of listing the job we will be observing how early-stage candidates use LinkedIn jobs. On the basis of feedback, we will be optimizing and re-iterating. We will carry this process until and unless we get a good NPS score and our success metrics show progress.
