V1:
- I would go with first solution of generic models that doctors can use to explain an issue to build trust (Example: An user would want to know about wisdom tooth issues/wisdom tooth extraction process)
- The north star metric for whole project would be CSAT (kind of reputation that hospital builds using this technology and explaining patients, how satisfied are they with the procedure) and second order effect in terms of revenue and market share increase
- The models can easily be copied across hospitals and would be one time investment of showing it
- The models will be scannable and can be seen by any patient who comes to the hospital.
- Pricing: The devices and models are one time investment by the hospitals and additional payment needs to be made to view updated models and new models
V2:
- Customer specific models where customers pay additional amount to capture and take away with them
- I’m choosing this because it’s investment only in one area and doesn’t require any reporting/analysis. It’s only capturing and sharing with the user
