Clarification
1. What does covid resource includes? Assuming beds, oxygen supply, medicines
2. Do we need to build this app keeping in cosideration any specific target market. Assuming it is targeting all the tier 1 cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi
3. Assuming it should be compatiable to smart phones, tablets and desktops
4. Assuming the app should support andriod and IOS
User Segment
1. General public who is falling sick and the attenders
2. Pharmacies selling the medicines
3. Hospitals facilitating the treatment
4. Medical equipment suppliers like oxygen cylinders, ventilators
5. Donors who are donating plasma, platelets, money to help the needy people for a social cause
6. Health ministry who wants to keep a watch on the pandemic situation to formulate the relevant policies and control measures
7. Crematoriums and Cemetery who facilitates last rituals of the dead bodies
8. Private and public transportation services who provide ambulance, Hearse van, cabs
9. Vaccination camp
Goal of the application: To remove the inefficiency of the current manual system and to increase the use base with engagement
Paint Points: I would like to prioritise patitents and attenders in the public catagory as they are the ones who will make extensive use of the application availing all type of services. They will be the consumers who will generate foot prints of the first hand data in the application which will be utlised by the other user segments like health ministry
1. Pateint is not even aware if he is having covid and need to be isolated and spread the infection too fast to the other people
2. People are not aware of the availability of beds in the hospitals and there is outcry outside the hospitals for bed, oxygen and other services
3. Blackmarketing by the private brokers is eroding the confidence of the patients who is trying to manage the oxygen, ambulance.
4. Contaminated oxygen and duplicate medicines are being supplied at heft cost causing the side effects on the condition of the patients
5. Due to the unavailability of the bed the ambulance takes the patients and keep on running with syren throughtout the city and fooling the patients till they die with the hope that they will take the patient to the right hospital with bed and facility on time.
6. It is even difficult to judge who is forgeing in the name of donations and which is the legit source to help the people
7. Infected people are escaping and not cooperating. Hence, it becomes difficult to manage the tracebility chain of the infected people
8. Hoarding and blackmarketing, adultration of medicines, services in the hospitals or last rites services in the crematorium is often common and makes it difficult to break vicious cycle for the govt. authorities
Solution
1. Gmap can help to bring a feature in the application to identify the best nearest hospital having the available facility. Hence, people need not to get crowded at just one known multi speciality hospital. P1
2. A short summary of each hospital and dashboard for each area may be sgregated on the basis of containment zone can bring visibility to the public. P1
3. Patients tend to get panic and get overcrowded in the hospital inspite of having mild symptoms. This can be handled if we can bring a feaute where people can submit the basic questionnair or a chat bot with close ended questions to measure the level of sevierity and what kind of services might required. P2
4. An authetic list of the medicine supplier, hospitals should be displayed with the availability of stock, beds and booking of medicines can be made per the prescription and the criticality. It is important to define the definition of critical here. It could be infected pregnant woman or infected kids or people with comorbidities. P1
5. A time box availability and visibility of the vechile should be there to make the patient aware if the vehcile is turning up to the hospital on time. P2
6. RTPCR test reports should be available online so that the details can be saved in the system itself to maintain tracebility using UID of the patient. P1
7. All type of services can be booked online with the payment method. A quick summary should tell the reasonable price of the available services even someone wants to avail outside with the details of the authentic suppliers. P3
8. Quick reviews and comments by the users can help to share the experience and maintain the autheticity or the reality of fraud agents, suppliers etc. P3

On the basis of Reach, Impact on the users, Cost, Efforts I would like to prioritise the requirements for the MVP that should carry basic most critical services more often used by the people.
