As the first step in the interview process, you must know what to do, what to avoid, and how to put yourself in a positive light. This is your opportunity to talk about your experience, education, skillset, and more.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best product managers are passionate about the field. Show the recruiter that a PM job at Facebook is exactly what you want.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"2-be-open-and-honest\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Be_Open_and_Honest\"><\/span>2. You\u2019re confident in your ability to impress during your interviews with current Facebook product managers.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re honest with the recruiter by telling them that you would like a little bit longer to prepare. Don\u2019t be shy about this. You can also ask questions about Facebook as a company, salary and benefits, roles and responsibilities, and anything else that\u2019s on your mind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"4-know-what-level-youre-being-evaluated-on\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Know_what_level_youre_being_evaluated_on\"><\/span>4.
